The functional currency of phfyn is the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a game is displayed in a foreign currency, the displayed amount is converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. phfyn is not responsible for foreign exchange fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

phfyn's total liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phfyn is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures on your side, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages (including GCash, Maya, or bank network issues) that affect your ability to access or use the platform.

phfyn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
An account is classified as dormant after 12 months of no login activity. phfyn will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before applying dormancy fees. After 24 months of dormancy, phfyn may close the account. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be held and returned upon verified request.
Upon account termination, any bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited. Verified real-money balances that are not subject to investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days of closure.
phfyn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on phfyn, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

phfyn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments become effective upon publication at phfyn.cam/terms-conditions. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
phfyn operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR. Any dispute between phfyn and a player that cannot be resolved through phfyn's internal complaints process may be escalated to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.
Before escalating a dispute to any external body, players must first raise the matter with phfyn's customer support team. phfyn will acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 business days and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.
